Ingredients

  • Tahini: 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 4 tbsp
  • Extra-virgin olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Cumin: ½ tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Chickpeas: 1 can
  • Water: 1 tbsp

Cookware

  • Food processor
  • Small spatula

Method

1.

In a food processor, add the tahini and lemon juice.

Add the extra-virgin olive oil, cumin, and salt.
