Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the other half. Process for another ~{1-2%minutes}. At this point, you can decide if you'd like to add some @water{1*%tbsp} to increase smoothness. Do it while the processor is running. Hummus is a very versatile dish, and a lot of the seasonings come down to taste.
