Crepes
Light and lovely.
Ingredients
- Just egg: 2 ⅔ tbsp
- Plant milk: ¾ c
- All-purpose flour: ½ c
- Granulated sugar: 1 Tbsp
- Salt: ⅛ tsp
- Melted butter: 1 tbsp
Cookware
- Blender
- Large, non-stick skillet
Method
1.
Put just egg, plant milk, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add melted butter and blend for another 15-30 seconds.

Warm a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Spread the batter thinly over the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
