Banana Bread
Wonderfully dense and moist.
Ingredients
- Bananas: 3 medium
- Sugar: ¾ c
- Plant milk: ½ c
- Neutral oil: ½ c
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour: 1 ¼ c
- Baking soda: 1 tsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Chocolate chips (opt)

Method
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.
Prepare your 8-inch loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray, lining with parchment paper, and then spraying again.
In a large bowl, mix together bananas, sugar, plant milk, neutral oil, and vanilla extract.

In a medium bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients, combining with a whisk.
If you want to add mixins, do so now. For a sweeter treat, you can add chocolate chips. It's usually easiest to fold them in with a rubber spatula.

Pour the mixture into your loaf pan.
