Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 1 c
- Cocoa powder: ¾ c
- Baking powder: ¾ tsp
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Vegan butter: ½ c
- Sugar: 1 ½ c
- Non-dairy milk: ⅓ c
- Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp
- Chocolate chips: 1 c

Method
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.
Mix together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.

Mix together vegan butter, sugar, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Start with the butter and sugar first.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and combine.
Mix in chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.
