Add 12 oz silken tofu, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1.5 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp fine sea salt, and 1/4 cup dairy-free milk (unsweetened and unflavoured) to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth. Add more dairy-free milk as needed to reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Warm through gently in a saucepan before serving, or use directly in your favourite recipes.
