  • all-purpose flour
    1 c
  • apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp
  • baking powder
    1 tbsp
  • non-dairy milk
    1 c
  • salt
    1/2 tsp
  • sugar
    2 tbsp
  • vanilla extract
    1 tsp

🍳 Cookware

  • frying pan
  • large bowl
  • spatula

    Heat up a frying pan over medium-low heat.

    In a large bowl , mix together all-purpose flour , sugar , baking powder , and salt .

    In a measuring cup, mix together the non-dairy milk , apple cider vinegar , and vanilla extract .

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

    Let the mixture rest for ⏱️ 5 minutes . This will let the mixture fluff up a bit.

    Use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop out the batter and cook on the pan. Flip with a spatula when you see bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges look set.
