- frying pan
- large bowl
- spatula

1Heat up a frying pan over medium-low heat.

2In a large bowl , mix together all-purpose flour , sugar , baking powder , and salt .all-purpose flour: 1 c, sugar: 2 tbsp, baking powder: 1 tbsp, salt: 1/2 tsp

3In a measuring cup, mix together the non-dairy milk , apple cider vinegar , and vanilla extract .non-dairy milk: 1 c, apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp, vanilla extract: 1 tsp

4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

5Let the mixture rest for ⏱️ 5 minutes . This will let the mixture fluff up a bit.

6Use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop out the batter and cook on the pan. Flip with a spatula when you see bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges look set.
