🥘 Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour
    1 c
  • granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp
  • just egg
    1/3 c
  • melted butter
    2 tbsp
  • plant milk
    1.5 c
  • salt
    1/4 tsp

🍳 Cookware

  • blender
  • large, non-stick skillet

    Put just egg , plant milk , all-purpose flour , granulated sugar , and salt into a blender .
    just egg: 1/3 c, plant milk: 1.5 c, all-purpose flour: 1 c, granulated sugar: 2 Tbsp, salt: 1/4 tsp

    Blend until smooth.

    Add melted butter and blend for another 15-30 seconds.
    melted butter: 2 tbsp

    Warm a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.

    Spread the batter thinly over the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
