yellow corn meal1 c

1Preheat the oven to 400 ºF.

2Mix all-purpose flour , yellow corn meal , white sugar , salt , and baking powder together in a large bowl .all-purpose flour: 1.25 c, yellow corn meal: 1 c, white sugar: 2/3 c, salt: 1 tsp, baking powder: 1 tbsp

3Pour non-dairy milk and neutral oil into the same bowl and stir to combine.non-dairy milk: 1.25 c, neutral oil: 1/3 c

4Pour the mix into a 8x8" square pan or a 9" round cake pan .

5Cook for ⏱️ 20-25 minutes . Cornbread is done when a toothpick comes out clean and the edges are beginning to brown.
