1Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.

2Mix together all-purpose flour , cocoa powder , baking powder , and salt in a small bowl .all-purpose flour: 1 c, cocoa powder: 3/4 c, baking powder: 3/4 tsp, salt: 1/4 tsp

3Mix together vegan butter , sugar , non-dairy milk , and vanilla extract in a large bowl . Start with the butter and sugar first.vegan butter: 1/2 c, sugar: 1.5 c, non-dairy milk: 1/3 c, vanilla extract: 1 tbsp

4Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and combine.

5Mix in chocolate chips .chocolate chips: 1 c

6Line an 8x6 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray .

7Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.

8Bake for ⏱️ 35 minutes . If a fork test shows there's still some uncooked batter, bake in increments of ⏱️ 3-5 minutes . May go up to ⏱️ 45 minutes .

9Let cool for at least ⏱️ 1 hour before eating.
