  • all-purpose flour

  • baking powder

  • chocolate chips
    1 c
  • cocoa powder
    3/4 c
  • non-dairy milk
    1/3 c
  • salt
    1/4 tsp
  • sugar
    1.5 c
  • vanilla extract
    1 tbsp
  • vegan butter
    1/2 c

    Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.

    Mix together all-purpose flour , cocoa powder , baking powder , and salt in a small bowl .

    Mix together vegan butter , sugar , non-dairy milk , and vanilla extract in a large bowl . Start with the butter and sugar first.
    vegan butter: 1/2 c, sugar: 1.5 c, non-dairy milk: 1/3 c, vanilla extract: 1 tbsp

    Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and combine.

    Mix in chocolate chips .

    Line an 8x6 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray .

    Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.

    Bake for ⏱️ 35 minutes . If a fork test shows there's still some uncooked batter, bake in increments of ⏱️ 3-5 minutes . May go up to ⏱️ 45 minutes .

    Let cool for at least ⏱️ 1 hour before eating.
