    Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.

    In a medium bowl or large bowl , combine all-purpose flour , baking powder , baking soda , cinnamon , nutmeg , allspice , and salt . Whisk together.

    In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup , apple cider , apple sauce , coconut oil , and vanilla extract . Whisk together.

    Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

    Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into a greased donut pan . Shoot for around 75% full.

    Bake for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes , until the donuts spring back when gently pressed.

    Let cool in the pan for ⏱️ 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack and letting them cool completely.

    For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and apple cider in a small shallow bowl .

    For the topping, combine sugar , cinnamon , and nutmeg in a separate small bowl .

    Once the donuts have cooled completely, dip the donuts into the glaze. Immediately after dipping, coat with a generous sprinkle of the topping.
