1Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.

3In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup , apple cider , apple sauce , coconut oil , and vanilla extract . Whisk together.maple syrup: 1/3 c, apple cider: 1/3 c, apple sauce: 4 tbsp, coconut oil: 1 tbsp, vanilla extract: 1 tsp

4Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

5Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into a greased donut pan . Shoot for around 75% full.

6Bake for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes , until the donuts spring back when gently pressed.

7Let cool in the pan for ⏱️ 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack and letting them cool completely.

8For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and apple cider in a small shallow bowl .powdered sugar: 1/2 c, apple cider: 1 tbsp

9For the topping, combine sugar , cinnamon , and nutmeg in a separate small bowl .sugar: 4 tbsp, cinnamon: 2 tsp, nutmeg: 1/8 tsp

10Once the donuts have cooled completely, dip the donuts into the glaze. Immediately after dipping, coat with a generous sprinkle of the topping.
