Crepes

Put 1/3 cup just egg, 1 1/2 cup plant milk, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar, and 1/4 tsp salt into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add 2 tbsp melted butter and blend for another 15-30 seconds.

Warm a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Spread the batter thinly over the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
