Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Transfer the batter to a #piping bag{} and pipe into a greased #donut pan{}. Shoot for around 75% full. Bake for ~{8-10%minutes}, until the donuts spring back when gently pressed. Let cool in the pan for ~{5%minutes} before transferring to a #wire cooling rack{} and letting them cool completely. For the glaze, whisk together @powdered sugar{1/2*%cup} and @apple cider{1*%tbsp} in a #small shallow bowl{}. For the topping, combine @sugar{1/4*%cup}, @cinnamon{2*%tsp}, and @nutmeg{1/8*%tsp} in a separate #small bowl{}. Once the donuts have cooled completely, dip the donuts into the glaze.
